Как растет малыш

На 7 неделе беременности твой ребенок вырос приблизительно до 8 мм — он, как горошина (Причем в начале 7 недели его рост от макушки до копчика составлял 4-5 мм, а к концу до 11-13 мм). Вес — около 0,8 г.

Большое событие 7 недели беременности – на развивающихся ручках и ножках появились кисти и ступни! Правда, похожи они сейчас больше на плавники, чем на малюсенькие, пухлые конечности, которые ты мечтаешь держать в своих руках. Технически, твой ребенок все еще считается эмбрионом и может похвастаться небольшим хвостиком – продолжением копчика. Хвостик исчезнет в ближайшие две недели, и это единственное, что уменьшается у твоего малыша. В остальном он растет «как на дрожжах», прибавив в размере в два раза за прошедшую неделю. Если бы ты могла заглянуть внутрь себя, то разглядела бы складочки век частично прикрывающие глазки, которые тоже уже приобрели цвет, малюсенький носик и тонюсенькие венки под прозрачной кожей. На 7 неделе беременности продолжают развиваться оба полушария мозга. Сердце выступает из тела. К этому времени оно уже разделено на левую и правую камеры. В легких появились зачатки бронхов — каналов, через которые в легкие человека поступает воздух, закладывается почка, активно растет кишечник. Начинает работать печень, которая берет на себя функцию кроветворения.

 

Как меняешься ты
Размер твоей матки удвоился за прошедшие 5 недель (до беременности твоя матка была размером с кулак, на 7 неделе беременности она уже больше напоминает большой апельсин). Поскольку матка растет, ты можешь почувствовать спазмы и даже боль в нижней части живота или в боках. Некоторые женщины ощущают натяжение или сокращения матки.

Еда может перестать доставлять удовольствие благодаря утренней тошноте. Если у тебя не бывает тошноты, не говори другим беременным – есть вероятность что некоторые тебе этого не простят.

Благодаря увеличивающемуся объему крови и дополнительной жидкости вырабатываемой почками (к 7 неделе беременности у тебя уже на 10% увеличился объем крови. А к концу беременности, чтобы удовлетворять потребности малыша, эта цифра вырастет до 40-45 процентов), у тебя может участиться мочеиспускание. Этому способствует и увеличившееся давление матки на мочевой пузырь.

 

Примерно половина женщин испытывающих ранний токсикоз распрощается со всеми его проявлениями к 14 неделе. Остальным должно потребоваться еще не больше месяца. Но часто бегать в туалет тебе придется привыкнуть. Исследования показывают, что и объем и частота мочеиспусканий только увеличиваются на всем протяжении беременности. Так что не ворчи, если в 7 недель беременности тебе ночью приходится разок встать в туалет – на поздних сроках может потребоваться вставать и раз в час :))

На 7 неделе беременности слизь в шейке матки становится густой, образуя так называемую слизистую пробку, отгораживающую матку от внешнего мира. Пробка выйдет непосредственно перед родами и будет напоминать так называемую «мазню». На 7 неделе беременности ареолы твоих молочных желез (пигментированные зоны вокруг сосков)  могут потемнеть. Это обычное явление при беременности.

 

Чем заняться на 7 неделе беременности
Сфоткай свой животик! Попроси кого-нибудь сфотографировать тебя на этой неделе, до того, как беременность стала заметна. И продолжай фотографироваться раз в месяц до самых родов. Эти животики останутся твоим воспоминанием о всем удивительном превращении. Конечно, эффектнее ты будешь выглядеть в профиль. Черно-белые и обнаженные снимки могут получиться особенно красиво.
